- Updated 21.02.2022 - We are no longer shipping boxed games to addresses outside of the United Kingdom due to a change in the export/tax laws and the extra admin this entails.
There is now no additional delivery charge for boxed games sent within the United Kingdom.
We no longer accept payment for orders via telephone or mail order (cheque).
Download games are still delivered via email worldwide (or instructions on how to access the download is delivered via email).

Prices

FREE delivery within the UK - there is now no separate charge for delivery.

We intend that the prices shown
on the website are correct, but realise that errors may
occur. We reserve the right to refund you your money, rather
than fulfil your order if a genuine error has been made
with regards to the price displayed.

If prices charged to the customer have been
altered due to malicious activity, we reserve the right
to contact the customer to offer them the item at the correct
price, or to refund their payment.

If there is a delay in satisfying your order
you will be informed via email and/or text.
Shopping

You can order goods displayed in the shopping
section of this website by completing the online order
process.

After you have placed your order online, your order will be processed the same or next working day.
Stock Levels

We hold large stock levels as we aim to
immediately satisfy as many orders as possible. We indicate
our best estimate of stock status above the thumbnail images
upon the website and underneath the main images on the product
detail page. Due to the fact that we sell our goods via
this website, exhibitions, telephone and 3rd party websites-
it is entirely possible that our last item in a range will
be sold simultaneously.
- Stock levels for website purchases are decremented as soon
as payment has been authorised for the goods. For telephone
orders and exhibitions, stock levels are decremented as soon
as possible, usually within a day.
Payment

Payment is currently only accepted in UK
GBP £ Sterling.

Payment can be made by a number of Credit
and Debit cards.

If a customer pays for goods by card, payment
is taken immediately. If we are unable to fully or partially
satisfy an order, a full/partial refund will be made and
the customer contacted.

The customer has to pay for goods and have
the payment cleared before goods are despatched.

To make an online payment by card, you are
transferred from this website to a secure website managed by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make the payment and can use a credit or debit card.
- Goods are delivered to most locations within the UK via Royal Mail.
For large orders in mainland UK a 1-2 day Courier is used.
- We aim to ship goods by the next working day, more than
often they are shipped the same working day. Please be aware
this time period may lengthen at peak times (i.e. Christmas).
- If we are aware of any delays to your order, we will contact
you primarily via email (then by text if no reponse) to inform you. You will then have
the option of cancelling your order.
- Delivery schedules are estimates only. We will not be liable for any delays caused by third parties.
Returning Items & Faulty
Goods
- Goods can be returned unused and unopened for any reason
within 14 days. You are responsible for the return postal
costs.
- You the customer are responsible for ensuring the safe return
of the item(s) for which you require a refund and are therefore
advised to package them up well and send them with proof of
postage (by obtaining a proof of postagecertificate
which is free from the Post Office).
- Damaged goods need to be reported
within 7 days. We will first endeavor to send you replacement
parts. If this is not possible, we will then refund you for
the cost of the goods and your return postage once the item
has been returned safely to us. We will specify the return
postage method to be used and will only refund you for the
cost of the postage method specified.
- If your purchase is missing parts, we may give you contact details of the game publisher as they hold spare parts and most deal with cases like this directly.

Data Protection
- Your details are obtained by us for our records, but will
not be revealed to any other third party (unless requested
by a government body, our bank or your bank). The exception
to this is that your delivery name, address and telephone
number are handed over to our couriers to enable the delivery
of your parcel. Royal Mail are given just your name and delivery
address.
- We may process your data internally for market research
purposes, but results if published will not point to any individual.
- We will not give away or sell your data (including your
email address) to a third party.
- When placing an order you are given the option to sign
up to our newsletter. You can remove yourself
